Common questions
Is there a job guarantee?
No. A TEFL certificate does not automatically guarantee a job, especially for non-native English speakers. However for Native English Speakers, with a degree and an accredited TEFL/TESOl then in most cases we can guarantee a job placement with one of our courses.
Who can take the online course?
Anyone can take an online TEFL course. These are offical, accredited courses and are accepted worldwide.
I'm not a native English speaker. Can I go abroad?
Based on typical requirements, you would need a degree, 12 years of proof of English, an IELTS overall band of 8 with speaking at least 7.5, and a driving licence from an English-speaking country. Other countries and employers vary.
Why is a police check is required?
If you do the practical on the Level 5 TESOL, you will be teaching real students, therefore a police check is required.
How quickly will I get my Certificate?
Both TESOL courses are different, one takes 4 weeks and an additional 2 weeks of practical afterwards and the other aimed at teaching abroad, can be completed in 7 weeks, 4 weeks theory and 3 weeks to complete the assignments.
Will I get hired afterwards?
