Do I really need a degree for Korea?
Yes, for the standard E-2 teaching visa, a 3-year Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in any subject is legally required by Korean immigration. Non-degree holders can only use the Working Holiday visa route.
What are the typical working hours?
Language centers usually have hours in the evenings and weekends. Public schools are Monday–Friday. Most contracts are for 18–25 teaching hours per week.
How much can I realistically save?
