One English Center is recruiting experienced online ESL teachers to deliver one-to-one and paired lessons to young learners across Asia. The platform uses ClassIn with full training provided, all materials supplied, and consistent long-term student allocation. Payments are made every two weeks via PayPal, Alipay, or WeChat Pay.

Available Positions
Online ESL Teacher (Remote, Part-Time)
Students: Children aged 4 to 14
Format: 1-to-1 and 1-to-2, long-term students
Lesson length: 25 or 50 minutes
Platform: ClassIn (training provided)
Minimum availability: 5 days per week
Working hours: 5:00pm to 9:30pm Beijing Time (GMT+8)
Pay: USD 12 to 15 per 50-minute class
Payment: Every two weeks via PayPal, Alipay, or WeChat Pay

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a highly experienced, detail-oriented professional who takes online teaching seriously and is prepared to complete the full onboarding process including a 40-minute ClassIn tutorial. Bookings begin gradually while teaching performance, reliability, and student retention are evaluated. Long-term commitment and reliability are essential.

Requirements

• Native English speaker with clear, natural pronunciation
• Minimum five years of teaching, tutoring, coaching, or mentoring experience
• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
• TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or valid teaching licence preferred
• Reliable computer, mouse, headset, and stable LAN internet connection
• Professional, responsive, and committed to a consistent long-term schedule
