Paid job placement, relocation support and visa assistance, and 24/7 ongoing support – right in the heart of Central Europe
Poland is rapidly becoming one of Europe’s top destinations for qualified English teachers, offering strong demand, stable contracts, competitive salaries, and the chance to live in a safe, vibrant, and affordable European country. Whether you’re looking to launch your TEFL career or upgrade your current qualifications, Poland provides outstanding opportunities for professional growth and long-term employability.
Before enrolling in any TEFL courses or placement programs, we recommend booking a call with our advisor. They will answer your questions, evaluate your job prospects for teaching English in Poland and across Europe, and guide you through the enrollment process with TEFL Freedom.
Because Poland is a high-demand market with limited placement spaces, we strongly advise enrolling in your TEFL course or Poland placement as early as possible to secure your preferred start date.
Expect to work 15 to 25 hours per week of classroom teaching, in addition to prep time and light administrative work such as marking written coursework. The schedule itself will be mostly afternoon and early evening hours, with the occasional mornings for teaching “in-company” classes. You’ll be paid a similar pay rate to your local colleagues, varying between 5000 and 10,000 PLN per month (€1,200 – €2,200), depending on the job and how many hours you’re teaching. The national average monthly salary for an English teacher is approximately 7,500 PLN (€1,700).
