Terms and Conditions between The Company (“Company”) TEFL Freedom and (“Client”) and whereas the client wishes to purchase the Company’s services. “Agent Partner” Shall mean any person, partner company, that accepts the Client through a Company partner program.

DEFINITIONS

In this agreement:

  1. The Company will assist the Client in completing all necessary forms and providing necessary documentation, such as The Company application form, and submission for placement video to the Agent Partner.
  2. The Company will be responsible for adequately screening all potential Clients for suitability for an Agent Partner program.
  3. The Company will provide advise where possible to the Client prior to the Client commencing a Company program with an Agent Client.

SERVICE SUPPLIED BY THE COMPANY

  1. The Company will arrange meetings between the Client and the Agent Partner.
  2. The Company will assist the Client with questions relating to the undertaking of Online and In-country TEFL/TESOL course.
  3. The Company will provide advice and guidance to the Client and endeavour without prejudice to place the Client with the best Agent Partner for Client’s needs.

FEES

  1. If in the event that, The Company receives any notice or claim after 28 days from any Client that they wish to cancel his or her program for any reason, The Company will not refund any fees to the Client.
  2. The Company is not responsible for any fees that the Client may incur as a result of, the Agent Partner’s services, including, but not necessarily limited to, acquisition of airline tickets, visas, and travel insurance.

APPLICABLE LAW

The Company is an English company and as such the sole law governing this agreement is the law of the United Kingdom.

  1. This agreement constitutes the sole and exclusive agreement between the parties relating to the transactions recorded herein, and no warranties, representations or other terms and conditions of whatsoever nature not expressly recorded herein, shall be of any force or effect.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms of use will be governed by and construed in accordance and any disputes relating to these terms of use will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
