Essentials:

🗣️ Proficient English speaker with a native or neutral accent
🎓 Required teaching certificate (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA, etc.)
🎉 A passion for teaching English to children
⏰ Able to work a regular schedule during Beijing evening hours (18:00-21:25, Sun-Fri)
📖 Experience with online teaching to children is an advantage
💻 Computer with 4,000+ CPU benchmark necessary
🌐 Must have a reliable internet connection (15Mbps+)
